About Me

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I was awarded a professional Diploma in counselling and psychotherapy in 2016 after many years of working with children in nurseries and schools across Sheffield.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I was awarded a Diploma in supervision skills in 2020, from the Leeds Centre For Psychological Development, which allows me to provide clinical supervision to other clinicians in their work.

I have experience of delivering therapy in a mental health charity based in Sheffield over the past five years, latterly in the role of clinical coordinator managing a project across South Yorkshire assessing and delivering therapy to individuals experiencing eating disorders. During this time, I have managed and supervised a small staff team, alongside working for the National Health Service (NHS) Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Team (IAPT) for Southwest Yorkshire Partnership Trust for two years, working with clients presenting with anxiety and depression.

I am currently clinically supervising counsellors in training at The Academy: SPACE in Sheffield, alongside running my own private practice.

Please note, I work with young people 16+ and adults.
